NEW: vote in the Bleach Character Poll
Weekly Shounen Jump, the Japanese magazine which serializes the Naruto manga, hosts a character popularity poll each year to gauge which Naruto characters are the most popular. Surprisingly, despite being the title character, Naruto is not always ranked #1. The popularity trends are always changing, often reflecting the importance of certain characters in the manga story arcs for that year.

After seeing those polls, I felt the urge to start my own little character popularity poll. However, this poll will never end and will continually change as more people vote. The rules are simple:
– Each visitor gets 1 vote, but you can vote again in one week or 168 hours
– Because the list of characters is so large, a quick way to find your favorite in the poll is to press Ctrl+F (Firefox and IE). This will bring up a search box where you can type in the character’s name and it will locate it on this page for you.
– You may vote for any character you want as long as he/she/it appears in the Naruto universe (this includes, anime, manga, OAVs and movies)
– Be sure to also vote in our Bleach Character Poll!
